Ok so I'm sure everyone's seen this by now and I just wanted to share what I thought about this. So basically it's about this dad who after his daughter writes a nasty post about her parents on facebook films himself shooting her laptop and posts it onto her facebook wall. Ok firstly I definately do not think this is good parenting since as a parent your child's welfare and happiness should come first. It's not so much that he shot her laptop it's the fact that he did it online and made it public. This would greatly damage a teen's self esteem and such and could have more detrimental effects than positive ones.

Rant
Hello~~~
School:
So this year I was put into year 11 and I have to say it's sooo much harder than year 10 haha. Ok so my new english teacher is like this mega...ahem eccentric woman and she's a massive smoker...she tries to cover it up with mints and stuff and the combination of mints and smoke makes you literally throw up! You can always tell when she's come up behind you coz of the smell... :/
PS: We have to read this book called Heart of Darkness...I'm a keen reader but this book is like the mother demon of all books. Just saying...
Family:
Weeeelll, my sister's being a bitch....ok so yesterday I left cereal in milk for too long and it got all soggy. The best solution I thought was to flush it down the toilet...<-----genius that I am. Anyway some of the pieces didnt flush and when my sister went to take a dump/piss she started yelling asking who did that. So i confessed and then she demanded that I wear gloves and pick it up. Naturally I refused and told her that you just have to flush it. Anyway she started accusing me of being childish and all this <----not entirely untrue but still unfair in my opinion~~ and she's still being a poo head

Wtf so apparently Whitney Houston died??? I will be following this story closely.
Has anyone read A song of ice and fire??? I am eagerly waiting for the next installment (which will probably be in 5 years) haha. Can anyone please suggest a good fantasy series? I'm out of books! Actually it doesn't just have to be fantasy, just any good book in general.
